Anti-Shock Screen Protectors - Useless?

Okay, I have to admit that these shatter-proof screen protectors look really fantastic when they protect your dearest iPhone or smart phone against blunt and powerful hits.

Don't believe? Watch the above video. It looks pretty amazing that there was absolutely no damage to the phone nor the screen protector.

But when you think about it again, do you really need a shatter proof one protection?


We all need a scratch-proof screen, otherwise putting it in the same pocket as our keys would result in tons of lines across our dearest smartphones.

But... just imagine for a second, that you wake up one morning and think to yourself, "Hey! It's time to grab my hammer and smash up my iPhone and see if it breaks! Let's try to destroy the phone I spent hundreds of dollars on just for the sake of doing it!"

If you really do think in that manner, I recommend you turn yourself in to the local mental hospital - you're a menace to everyone around you.

Otherwise, who on earth would actually do that? Being shatter proof for a protector is a really cool function and property that several companies have come up with, but really? There's no real, practical need for it unless you love smashing up your phone or dropping it onto the floor frequently.
