Best Screen Protector

Well, I always found it difficult to choose between the matte and clear ones. Frankly, I wished I could have the best qualities of both.

For my first smart phone, the Samsung S2, I had the matte one. It was great in that there were no smudges on it whatsoever no matter how often I used it... Includes putting it next to my (sometimes oily) face!

BUT if you had it before, you will clearly know how dim it makes your mobile look... Not to mention the poor color contrast which is the case for your screen when you use the matte one.

So, for my second phone, the Samsung S4, I tried using the clear one. Fantastic! The color contrast and brightness of the screen really showed the true power of the S4... Unfortunately, it was always filled with my fingerprints! Oh no, I must have really oily fingers :(

Recently, I learnt about this oleophobic or hydrophobic protectors; to be honest, even after Googling for an explanation, I still don't fully understand it, so please don't blame me for not explaining it here.

But apparently, it can repel water AND oil, and is clear (sounds too good to be true??). My friend passed me a free copy of it, since she owns the business and boy it is pretty good.

Now, if you don't really care so much about this, or aren't as a*nl as me, then you would be better off searching for cute puppies or kittens on the Internet than spending time on getting the right protection for your smartphone :)

Otherwise I thought you could really take a look at this Ozone 3 thingy I used, you can click here to find out more about it.

If you have already gotten yourself one and would like to know how to apply it onto your phone DIY style, then do check out this step by step guide to prevent bubbles and dirt getting stuck underneath!
